We have a strict 7 day return policy. If +7 days have gone by since your order arrived to the shipping address on your order details, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund. Sale items and promotional items do not qualify for a return or exchange. Customized items do not qualify for a return.

Returns Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Item must be postmarked within 7 days of delivery arrival at your address. Item must be packaged with care and arrive back to us, undamaged and without shipping damages due to lack of packaging care.

Shipping Fee - Refund Reduction

Our shipping fees are incorporated into our pricing system. For this reason your item cannot be refunded for the full price you originally paid. The item cost paid up front for your order included associated costs of shipping the item to you. For that reason, if you choose to send back your order, the amount refunded will be the amount you originally paid, minus the shipping cost of your particular item.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items and promotional items cannot be refunded.

Return Process

To begin your return, we require that you contact us and provide details of your order and order number. We will need to validate that your return is within your 7 days of receiving the item, before giving approval for the return and provide you with return instructions.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Example: If you order a collection on 6 wood panels and 1 panel is returned damaged, your refund will not include the cost of the damaged panel.



Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Refund will be processed by us within 7 business days of receiving your return. Processing time for funds will vary depending on your credit card processing times.


Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Shipping Charges

Refunds will not be provided for the shipping cost associated with your original order. You will also be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item back to us. Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your item to get back to us, may vary.


If you are sending an item back to us we strongly advise that you use a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item. We highly recommend UPS Ground for shipping your item back to us as we have a high success rate with them delivering our packages without damages. Items shipped via USPS run a higher risk of being damaged during transit.
